Refund policy

At Spiegel, we are committed to delivering high-quality car care products. While we take every step to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that issues may arise. Here’s our return, refund and exchange policy designed to be fair, clear, and efficient.


1. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or tampered with during delivery.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at spiegelautocare@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, along with photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

Important:

  • All the Products should return within 3-5 Working Days

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.


2. Exchange Policy

Exchanged Products will be delivered within 5-7 working days by PHANTOM ETAIL.

3. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are only processed under these conditions:

  • The order was cancelled within 24 hours of being placed

  • A return was approved and the customer chose a refund instead of an exchange

Refund Process:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer after receiving your account details

Once the refund is approved by our team, it will take 5–7 business days to process and be credited to your original mode of payment.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. We do not accept cancellations after dispatch or beyond the 24-hour window.
